Phase-3 of the project include: plastering, installation of windows, electrical wires, ceiling among others. With funding from UNHCR, phase-1 and 2 of the project ended successfully. With phase-3 of the project, UNHCR provided funding through materials swap to the Commission. The Commission is grateful to her partner UNHCR for the support over the years. LRRRC is appealing to National government and other goodwill humanitarian agencies for the completion of the project. The LRRRC Headquaters is a one floor storey building located in Oldest Congo town in Monrovia.
