The 7th Pan African is currently taking place in Kigali Rwanda and has brought together several African Countries including several other participants.

This year’s forum is under the Theme: Addressing the impact of Climate Change on Human Mobility in Africa.

The Theme is aimed at sensitizing participants on migration, Climate Change as a catalyst to key drivers of migration and adverse effects on social economic development and integration of Africa.

It will also serve as a platform for participants to share experiences and best practices on impact of Climate change, displacement, and migration, especially within the context of COVID-19 pandemic and formulate relevant recommendations on early warning preparedness among others.

A dispatched from the forum maintains that stakeholders will address key issues among which is, continental priorities on causes of Climate change and migration advocacy, and inclusion as continental contribution to the upcoming COP 27 meeting in Egypt.
